Implementation Director, Enterprise & Commercial Accounts

📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and act as primary contact for partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead all project phases: kickoff, configuration, testing, training, go-live.
• Identify risks and issues; develop contingency plans.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute testing plans; track issues and daily testing goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering healthcare tech implementations end-to-end.
• Excellent communication; concise updates.
• Highly organized; manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Fast, results-driven; bias to action and rapid decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders.
• 3+ years in project management for software deployment (B2B).
• Experience implementing electronic record systems; Epic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
