- Serve as owner for end-to-end planning and execution of complex specialty pharmacy implementations.
- Define approach to new partner site implementations; drive project plans; lead execution.
- Build relationships with health-system leaders; ensure day-to-day operations and long-term account readiness.
- Design and manage site staffing plans; hire/onboard/train; serve as interim site leader on go-live.
- Review and optimize workflows; navigate health-system environments; collaborate with IT for data/infra needs.

๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; healthcare consulting experience preferred.
- 5-7 years managing complex healthcare projects in provider organizations.
- Strong cross-functional experience: finance, ops, IT, HR, training, marketing.
- Proven client relationship management across levels; drives change management.
- Excellent communication; able to lead, influence, negotiate, and manage time.
- Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; travel 4 days/week.
