📋 Description

  • Manage customer-facing project services
  • Coordinate with Sales, PS and Customer Solutions to onboard clients
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve implementation issues and share updates
  • Plan and design project timelines based on client needs and resources
  • Comply with SOC standards for confidential document management
  • Support business case development and solution estimates
  • Communicate project status and milestones to the client regularly
  • Manage client relationships and the project team
  • Coordinate with Professional Services to input data and train clients
  • Use Salesforce and Milestones to track milestones and client interactions
  • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • Project management experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of client facing experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working with a high growth or SaaS company
