Implementation Consultant - US Remote

📋 Description

• Lead assigned workstreams in large enterprise deployments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Support planning and go-live events as primary contact for designated areas.
• Expand project ownership and lead defined workstreams on deployments.
• Develop training for large health system audiences.
• Become trained across multiple PerfectServe platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or IT preferred.
• Prior customer-facing or service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Visio (or Lucidchart), Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Travel up to 30-50% of the time.
