Run workshops and discuss Vault Quality Suite (QMS, QualityDocs, Training, LIMS)
Lead workshop prep, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, training
Support project management: status, timelines, resources
Ensure customer success through the engagement life cycle

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in tech implementation services in life sciences
Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing or Healthcare
Understanding of Quality processes incl. CSV requirements
Strong SaaS and GxP principles
Experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems
Ability to travel 25-50%
