- Lead and support client implementations following Cority methodology.
- Configure the application and train clients during projects.
- Act as liaison between Cority and clients across projects.
- Collaborate with Project Mgmt, Implementation & Technical teams.
- Plan management of implementations with client team and PM.
- Work mostly remote with some travel; participate in PS training.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in IT, OH&S, Industrial Hygiene, Env Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience; preferred certifications CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN.
- Or 12+ months as Cority Associate; completed Essentials and CIM/Agile CIM.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client-focused.
