📋 Description

  • The Implementation Consultant I role on the Commercial team supports our small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get up and running on Brex with guidance and structured support.
  • As an initiator on the team, you’ll develop your product knowledge, sharpen your project management skills, and build the foundation for a career in implementation consulting.
  • This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are hybrid, with three in-office days weekly and up to four remote weeks per year.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS org or SaaS consulting firm.
  • Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with urgency to drive tasks to completion.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues.

🎁 Benefits

  • Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
  • Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Travel, or Corporate Card programs.
