- The Implementation Consultant I role on the Commercial team supports our small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get up and running on Brex with guidance and structured support.
- As an initiator on the team, you’ll develop your product knowledge, sharpen your project management skills, and build the foundation for a career in implementation consulting.
- This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are hybrid, with three in-office days weekly and up to four remote weeks per year.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS org or SaaS consulting firm.
- Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
- Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with urgency to drive tasks to completion.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
🎁 Benefits
- Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
- Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Travel, or Corporate Card programs.
