๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Oversee the implementation of a high volume of client implementations in coordination with client technical teams.
  • Bridge post-sale technical implementation work with pre-sale activities to support enterprise account rollout.
  • Manage the post-sale implementation processes to drive adoption and ensure successful rollout for new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Product, Marketing, Sales) to secure resources and ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain playbooks for large-scale rollouts to standardize delivery.
  • Partner with Adoption Specialists and Account Managers to drive adoption and value realization.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, or in enterprise customer success.
  • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs.
  • Comfortable analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision making.
  • Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Catalyst.
