- Oversee the implementation of a high volume of client implementations in coordination with client technical teams.
- Bridge post-sale technical implementation work with pre-sale activities to support enterprise account rollout.
- Manage the post-sale implementation processes to drive adoption and ensure successful rollout for new and existing customers.

๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, or in enterprise customer success.
- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs.
- Comfortable analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision making.
- Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Catalyst.
