Implementation Consultant, Credentialing

📋 Description

• Configure QGenda solutions per customer requirements and best practices.
• Lead implementation and customer training calls; document final configuration.
• Collaborate with TAMs, PMs, CSMs to scope and deliver customer requirements.
• Maintain task plans and timelines in CSP/workflow system.
• Escalate when success criteria are at risk or progress stalls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; willing to travel for customer meetings.
• Experience in Credentialing or Payer Enrollment in hospitals or private practice.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
