📋 Description

  • Configure Credentialing and Payer Enrollment per customer data requirements
  • Configure QGenda for usability and maintainability per customer needs
  • Lead implementation calls and training; document final configuration
  • Collaborate with TAMs, PMs, CSMs and other teams to deliver requirements
  • Maintain task plans and timelines in the workflow management system
  • Escalate risks when customer success criteria are jeopardized

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1.5 years of related experience
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Google Suite proficiency
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet proficiency
