🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years of experience on an implementation team or CSM.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to problem solve, analyze situations, and provide solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
