π― Requirements
- Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery) required.
- 3 years of experience on an implementation team or CSM.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to problem solve, analyze situations, and provide solutions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
