🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing ICM solutions (SAP Commissions/Callidus, Xactly)
- Proficient with large datasets: Excel, Relational DB Tables, SQL, ETL
- Strong understanding of ICM concepts
- Hands-on SQL experience
- Python programming is a plus
- Able to handle ambiguity and multitask with customers
