📋 Description

  • Guide customers through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in client-facing SaaS onboarding.
  • Excellent project and account management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies for customer-facing roles.
  • Associates degree desired, but not required.
