Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, including data gathering and platform configuration.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for deployments, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Guide government officials through the process, empowering OpenGov administrators.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across states to tailor solutions.
• Train customers and coordinate with engagement/adoption teams for a consistent experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in the public sector in Procurement, Budgeting, Community Development, Asset Management, Finance/Accounting, or similar.
• At least 2 years in software implementation consulting or equivalent external client work.
• Strong knowledge in analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial data with understanding of governmental concepts.
• Proficiency in training customers on software solutions to address key workflows.
• Ability to provide clear phone support and foster positive customer relationships.
• Strong skills in conceptualization of patterns, modeling, and design.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, v-lookup and pivot tables; ability to format reports.
• Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and improve internal procedures.
