Implementation Associate

📋 Description

• Serve as Care Pro onboarding POC; coordinate communications.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through checks.
• Manage data transfer and onboarding data entry.
• Monitor transition progress with dashboards and key metrics.
• Participate in internal meetings, weekly check-ins.
• Be flexible to support other teams during low-volume periods.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years in customer service, operations, or implementation.
• Experience in data entry, compliance, or onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and communication; time management; data analysis.
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory onboarding; familiarity with digital platforms and database management; knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; problem-solving; adapt to changing priorities; manage multiple tasks.
