Implementation Analyst, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Support Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and other Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes, goals, and stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and docs.
• Partner with PMs, Solution Architects, and Product teams to deliver multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software solutions to align with business objectives and needs.
• Evaluate options and trade-offs to support scalable, practical outcomes.

• Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Take ownership and follow through on deliverables.
• Remain calm, constructive, and effective under ambiguity or change.
• Discovery, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into docs.
• Comfortable in software-driven environments and coordinating with technical teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts to all audiences.
