Onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations.
Coordinate deployment with internal/external stakeholders to ensure success.
Identify and resolve issues before escalation; optimize productivity.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Systems.
Teamwork, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective presentation skills for remote group audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
