  • 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical solutions.
  • Strong diplomacy, follow-through, and communication.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of internal systems (HighLevel, Freshdesk) preferred.
  • Experience creating SOPs and customer journey playbooks; training teams.
