📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of impact.com's products and platform.
  • Support design, implementation, and ongoing management of client integrations.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, CS, Product, and Eng teams for onboarding and post-launch support.
  • Own client technical issues from investigation to resolution and clear communication.
  • Manage requests via ticketing systems, prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify emerging issues and communicate trends and risks to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or tech company, customer-facing.
  • Strong understanding of client solutions on SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and FTP.
  • Ability to analyze logs and data to troubleshoot, incl. SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with affiliate/digital marketing is a plus.
