🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years coordinating creative, design, or marketing workflows.
- Experience using project management tools (Asana preferred) to manage boards.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with designers, managers, and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset; anticipate issues and act early.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup across time zones.
