Impact Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage and analyze Kiva's impact data across borrower, partner, and portfolio levels.
• Maintain data databases and dashboards; ensure data quality and organization.
• Collaborate with third-party researchers for impact evidence building.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Investments, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Provide insights to inform investment decisions and external communications.
• Ensure accurate reach calculations and progress tracking for reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in impact data management/analytics (M&E or development).
• Strong data analysis using Excel/Sheets and Looker or Power BI.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
