π― Requirements
- 3+ years immigration experience (Paralegal or Immigration Specialist).
- 1+ year experience in law firm, corporate, or startup.
- Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Strong client service skills with direct customer interaction via email, call, and video.
- Experience anticipating clientsβ needs and addressing concerns.
- Experience managing an individual pipeline and juggling multiple customers/priorities.
