  • Complete cases on time per SLAs and quality standards.
  • Schedule calls, consultations, interviews.
  • Deliver outstanding client service via clear, proactive communication.
  • Ensure compliance in assigned country per immigration laws and rules.
  • Assess right-to-work requirements.
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications to local authorities.
  • Liaise with local providers for immigration assessments.
  • Audit, maintain, and update mobility knowledge with stakeholders.
  • Provide support to EORs and clients for mobility questions via all channels.
  • Manage mobility lifecycle for non-nationals: work authorization, visas, renewals, cancellations.
  • Ensure quality of mobility operations in the assigned countries.
  • Work on special projects, as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years immigration experience (Paralegal or Immigration Specialist).
  • 1+ year experience in law firm, corporate, or startup.
  • Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
  • Strong client service skills with direct customer interaction via email, call, and video.
  • Experience anticipating clients’ needs and addressing concerns.
  • Experience managing an individual pipeline and juggling multiple customers/priorities.
