📋 Description

• Ensure timely, accurate immigration case completion per SLAs.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and client consultations.
• Maintain compliance with immigration laws and internal policies.
• Manage cases using the case management system; keep statuses updated.
• Liaise with service providers and government authorities on immigration matters.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned countries; advise internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in immigration; 3-4 years as an Immigration Consultant or in similar roles.
• Ideally law degree or similar field or paralegal.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of the immigration processes in Germany.
• Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure.
• Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes.
