Immigration and Mobility Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end immigration lifecycle; manage U.S. visa processes.
• Oversee visa sponsorships through Employer of Record (EOR) partners.
• Serve as internal immigration expert; partner with external counsel.
• Monitor U.S. immigration changes; translate into guidance.
• Design relocation experiences for SF, NY, and global hubs.
• Advise on international hiring, cross-border tax, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in U.S. and Canadian immigration across visa types.
• Proven ability to navigate complex immigration with sound judgment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. immigration landscape; proactive monitoring.
• Experience advising on international employment and cross-border compliance.
• Experience building scalable internal docs and audit-ready systems.
• Excellent communicator; highly organized and empathetic.
