The contractor will:
Own and manage the quarterly Launchpad onboarding program end-to-end (pre-boarding, HQ delivery, post-event analysis).
Partner cross-functionally with People Ops, HRBPs, Talent, L&D, IT, Workplace, EA, Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
Support compliance programs (reporting, documentation, vendor management, audits), including onboarding of a new compliance vendor (timing TBD).
Assist with light L&D projects (training materials, content updates/creation) related to the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding.
Track and report metrics (time-to-productivity, engagement, new hire satisfaction) to identify and drive improvements.
Enhance onboarding resources in Workday and Simplrr (intranet).
Oversee and continuously improve the employee experience during onboarding touchpoints.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in program management, onboarding, or employee experience.
HR operations background and working knowledge of compliance regulations.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and process design expertise.
Strong communication and program/project management skills.
Comfortable facilitating sessions and leveraging data/technology to improve programs.
Tools: Microsoft Suite, Workday, Asana, Zoom, and Slack required; LearnUpon or other L&D platforms preferred.
