🎯 Requirements

Independent licensure in Illinois as LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist
2+ years post-licensure experience with adults
Experience with healthcare professionals or first responders
Availability for 10-15 hours per week
Comfort with video platforms, EHRs, scheduling tools, Google Workspace
Ability to use assessment tools like PHQ-9 and monitor outcomes
