  • Proactively source candidates via online search, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct phone screens, assessments, and present viable candidates.
  • Coordinate with local HR leadership and Legal to ensure compliance.
  • Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling for a positive experience.
  • Arrange travel and itineraries for on-site visits.
  • Maintain candidate tracking and use Greenhouse ATS.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in corporate or agency recruiting.
  • Experience across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Proficient with Greenhouse ATS; Workday HRIS preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, admin skills.
  • Knowledge of EEOC/ADA compliance and employment laws.
