Conduct phone screens, assessments, and present viable candidates.
Coordinate with local HR leadership and Legal to ensure compliance.
Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling for a positive experience.
Arrange travel and itineraries for on-site visits.
Maintain candidate tracking and use Greenhouse ATS.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in corporate or agency recruiting.
Experience across multiple markets and time zones.
Proficient with Greenhouse ATS; Workday HRIS preferred.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business (preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, admin skills.
Knowledge of EEOC/ADA compliance and employment laws.
