📋 Description

  • Own assigned CRM channels (mail, SMS/WhatsApp, push, opt-in programs)
  • Define strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for each program aligned to lifecycle and retention goals
  • Plan and execute campaigns across channels with targeting and testing
  • Develop segmentation, audience rules, and message frameworks to boost relevance
  • Oversee creative development and review for campaigns and touchpoints
  • Define metrics and reporting for channels: opt-in, delivery, engagement, revenue

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Analytical with data, metrics, dashboards (Excel, Looker, Tableau)
  • Excel proficiency and PM tools (Asana)
  • 2-5 years CRM/retention marketing experience
  • Experience managing CRM channels (direct mail, SMS, push, email)
  • Prioritize, coordinate cross-functional work; PM skills
