Abuse Prevention Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor transaction and user data to identify policy abuse, ATO, and promo abuse.
• Develop, test, and implement detection rules and ML features.
• Investigate complex abuse schemes; document findings and recommendations.
• Fine-tune prevention systems; analyze rule performance to reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science on data requirements.
• Generate regular reports on policy abuse metrics for management.

• Strong analytical skills; spot non-obvious patterns.
• Fraud/risk process-improvement track record.
• High accuracy; attention to detail; accountability.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, CRM tools; advanced Excel.
• Tableau proficiency; Splunk experience; online fraud/abuse dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or combination of education and experience.
