🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 8+ years in clinical/diagnostic/CRO lab with hands-on IHC.
- 2+ years leadership in a CAP/CLIA-regulated lab.
- ASCP certification (HT or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience operating analytical instruments in a lab.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluent English; strong communication and supervisory skills.
