We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst. This role will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities supporting iFIT’s subscription business and content strategy.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving the financial planning and analytical processes that support iFIT’s subscription and content strategy. This includes developing actionable insights, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing financial reporting, and providing decision support to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, a proactive business partner, and a strong people leader capable of translating data into strategy and execution.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Enhance FP&A support model to enable growth for the Subscription business - Enable >95% forecasting accuracy for upcoming quarter for subscription net revenue, cogs, and opex. Adopt 4 new KPI driven forecast applications by end of Q3.
  • Improve EBITDA margins - $1.0M+ in incremental core subscription P&L savings, cost avoidance or margin driven by FP&A by end of Q4. Opportunities to be identified through expense reporting, efficiency recommendations, and re-forecasting.
  • Lead efforts to make iFIT an AI-emergent company - Enable the adoption of AI tools by improving overall data inputs like vendor mapping and, metric standardization to support AI tool effectiveness throughout Q2-3. Utilize AI tools to leverage best in class subscription industry approaches to content valuation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the subscription FP&A function, including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for content operations and subscription revenue.
  • Partner with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to develop strategic insights into content ROI, engagement trends, and cost efficiency.
  • Own the subscription content P&L and provide guidance on key drivers impacting revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and COGS.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and financial modeling.
  • Review and validate financial analyses prepared by analysts; ensure accuracy, consistency, and insightfulness.
  • Manage the month-end close process in collaboration with Accounting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of content-related costs and capitalized expenses.
  • Oversee development of dashboards and KPIs in Adaptive, Snowflake, and BI tools to enhance visibility into business performance.
  • Deliver executive-ready presentations and materials summarizing financial performance, trends, and recommendations.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and professional development to team members.
  • Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to align subscription financials with enterprise-wide planning and forecasting.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting systems (Adaptive Planning, BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Experience managing P&L analysis, forecasting, and capitalized cost tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a subscription-based or digital content business.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (SAP a plus).
  • Proven success in driving financial process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay Range:

$90,000

$115,000 USD
