We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Consumer Insights Researcher, remotely in the United States.
COMPENSATION
$100,000-115,000
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Deliver 6+ strategic studies that drive FY26 roadmap decisions, each with a clear “action taken” owner.
- Influence FY26 product and subscription priorities through 5–7 roadmap-impacting studies with quantified recommendations.
- Identify 3–5 high-impact drivers in the first-90-days experience and deliver action plans by Q4.
- Grow executive trust and dependency on insights, demonstrated by a 25% increase in insights cited in planning documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead multiple quantitative and qualitative research projects across global markets from intake/scoping to reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Ensures methodologies, insights, and recommendations reflect cultural and regional nuances.
- Scope and prioritize research initiatives in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and translating strategic questions into clear, actionable research plans.
- Develop and oversee survey and discussion guide design to ensure methodologically sound and business-relevant outcomes.
- Manage fieldwork, sample balancing, and methodology selection to ensure statistically significant and representative data.
- Conduct advanced data analyses, including regression, factor, and cluster analysis, to uncover patterns and drive segmentation insights.
- Synthesize findings across primary, internal, and third-party data sources to create holistic, consumer-driven narratives.
- Translate research into actionable business recommendations and frameworks that guide decision-making.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including research partners, moderators, and sample providers, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in AI and a deep understanding of how to apply AI tools and automation to accelerate speed-to-insight, enhance synthesis, and improve the quality of storytelling.
- Oversee all ongoing trackers, including NPS, customer satisfaction, and brand health studies.
- Manage overall analysis, ensuring consistency, methodological rigor, and alignment with broader business goals.
- Identify and interpret macro-trends and behavioral shifts from longitudinal data, connecting insights to acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Lead development of executive-level summaries and dashboards that distill tracker findings into cohesive, actionable insights.
- Continuously evaluate and refine tracker methodologies to enhance insight quality, accuracy, and business relevance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research expertise with advanced analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and vendors simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Qualtrics (advanced design, automation, dashboards).
- Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, SPSS or R, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and AI analysis tools (e.g., Canvs, Evidenza, Flowstate).
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
- Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative findings to deliver mixed-method insights
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI and automation tools to accelerate speed-to-insight and enhance storytelling.
