We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Manager, FP&A - Hardware, in the United States, remotely.

ROLE COMMITMENTS
- 2 Actionable insights to improve the Americas DTC and Wholesale Businesses each month
- Improve forecast accuracy to +/- 2% and process efficiency by 10% leveraging adaptive planning, tableau and Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting and KPI dashboards that enable business leaders to quickly assess performance and take action
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage key components of the Americas P&Ls, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and margin performance, supporting overall regional profitability goals.
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Americas, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and global financial objectives.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business initiatives, investment decisions, pricing analysis, and scenario planning within the Americas.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the Americas P&L; deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior finance and business leaders on a regular cadence.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for assigned DTC and WHS business lines, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to drive accountability to financial targets and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A by streamlining processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and leveraging tools such as Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, and Tableau for analysis and reporting.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from data warehouses such as Snowflake.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications

MBA highly preferred.

Direct experience in a hardware and/or consumer product environment.

Expert-level proficiency with Adaptive Planning.

Proficiency in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
