📋 Description

  • 360 Inside Sales across full sales cycle.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and webchats from customers.
  • Provide product, subscription, and policy information.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex queries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions.
  • Day-to-day contact with UK and Spanish customers.
  • Deliver seasonal promotions through targeted campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years outbound or inside sales in B2C/DTC
  • Qualified by experience
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and data management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of full sales cycle and pipeline management
  • Experience with proactive outbound campaigns and data control
  • Comfortable with CRM software and Google Docs
