Strategy Associate

Overview

IEX Group is seeking a Strategy Associate to support corporate strategy initiatives, market analysis, and business planning. You will work with cross-functional teams to conduct market research, analyze data, build financial models, and prepare materials for leadership to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives at IEX Group.

• Support business case development, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
\n
• Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources, extract insights, and present findings to senior leadership.
\n
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
\n
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations for leadership reviews.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
\n
• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or analytics.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly.
\n
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
