Role Overview

As Head of Project Management, you will establish and lead the Project Management Office, align cross-functional teams with strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs on time and within scope. You will work closely with executives to translate business goals into actionable projects, manage risks, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project management standards, governance, and reporting.
• Lead a PMO to oversee multiple programs, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and sales to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs; monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; maintain strong stakeholder communications.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team.
• Champion continuous improvement and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior project management or PMO leadership (7+ years).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong program management with track record delivering complex initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
