As a Lead/Senior Golang Engineer in our Anti-Fraud & Compliance team, you'll architect high-performance systems that detect fraud and enforce regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and optimize backend microservices for real-time transaction processing.
  • Enhance fraud detection systems using machine learning.
  • Integrate with third-party verification providers for KYC and transaction monitoring.
  • Scale our cloud-native platform on AWS (EKS, Kafka, SQS) with robust observability.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve fraud signals.
  • Own the full development lifecycle from design to incident response.

    • We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of production Golang experience (microservices, concurrency).
  • Strong background in cloud-native systems (AWS, Kubernetes or other).
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention, fintech, or compliance is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (English B2+)

    • It would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with .NET or Python.
  • Experience with ML systems or rule engines.
  • Passion for infrastructure and observability
