We’re looking for an experienced engineer to focus on

AI-driven conversational flows and backend services in Python for our WhatsApp bot embedded into the money remittance platform. This role is centered on

LLM integration, prompt engineering, and natural language UX.

Position Opportunity:

  • 🧠 Want to work at the intersection of AI, human behavior, and software? Here, prompt engineering is not an afterthought — it’s the heart of the product. You’ll design prompts and flows that keep the conversation useful, natural, and on track, even when users try to take it sideways.
  • 💬 Interested in designing how humans talk to machines? You’ll be crafting natural language UX: guiding users who don’t know the “script” through complex financial flows while keeping the interaction friendly, efficient, and complaint.
  • 🔧 Like building rock-solid backend systems? From integrating with the WhatsApp Cloud API to payment processing systems, you’ll engineer services that connect AI conversations to real-world transactions.

    • What You’ll Do:

  • Design, implement, and refine prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based conversational flows using LangChain, LangGraph, and custom NLP logic.
  • Build Python backend components that integrate AI conversations with WhatsApp Cloud API, payment systems, and internal services.
  • Anticipate user behavior and design conversational UX that is natural, efficient, and compliant with financial regulations.
  • Ensure secure data handling and compliant financial transaction flows.
  • Deploy and operate AI services in Docker/AWS with CDK and DevOps best practices.
  • Collaborate with Node.js/frontend engineers to ensure end-to-end smooth user experience.

    • We Expect You to Have:

  • 5+ years of production experience in Python backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience building conversational AI or NLP-driven applications.
  • Strong background in system integrations (messaging APIs, payments, external services).Familiarity with cloud and container technologies.English proficiency (B2 or higher).

    • It Would Be a Plus To Have:

  • Experience with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform or other messaging APIs (Telegram, Viber, etc.).
  • Background in financial or payment-processing systems.
  • Knowledge of scalable and highly available architectures.
  • Hands-on AWS experience.

    • Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Background in prompt engineering and conversational UX.
