We’re looking for an experienced engineer to help build a greenfield WhatsApp conversational bot embedded into our money remittance platform. This role is focused on

backend and frontend development with

Node.js and React, integrating the bot into a regulated, real-money transaction environment.

Position Opportunity:

  • 🧠 Want to work at the intersection of AI, human behavior, and software? Here, prompt engineering is not an afterthought — it’s the heart of the product. You’ll design prompts and flows that keep the conversation useful, natural, and on track, even when users try to take it sideways.
  • 💬 Interested in designing how humans talk to machines? You’ll be crafting natural language UX: guiding users who don’t know the “script” through complex financial flows while keeping the interaction friendly, efficient, and complaint.
  • 🔧 Like building rock-solid backend systems? From integrating with the WhatsApp Cloud API to payment processing systems, you’ll engineer services that connect AI conversations to real-world transactions.
  • What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js/NestJS for integrations with WhatsApp Cloud API, payment platforms, and internal systems.
  • Build frontend components and tools in React / TypeScript to support the conversational experience.
  • Implement secure, compliant flows for financial transactions and personal data handling.
  • Contribute to the system architecture and help scale from prototype to production.
  • Deploy and operate services in Docker/AWS using CDK and modern DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and AI engineers to ensure smooth UX across integrations.
  • We Expect You to Have:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong backend skills with Node.js / NestJS.
  • Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience integrating with complex third-party APIs (payments, messaging, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud and containerization (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).English proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • It Would Be a Plus To Have:

  • Experience with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform or other messaging APIs (Telegram, Viber, etc.).
  • Background in financial or payment-processing systems.
  • Knowledge of scalable and highly available architectures.
  • Hands-on AWS experience.
  • We are pleased to offer you:

  • Remote work opportunity!
  • B2B Employment ($, gross).
  • Really good hardware.
  • An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
  • Great learning and growth opportunities.
  • Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
  • First-class English lessons.
  • Additional Information
