We are looking for an experienced
Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to unlock insights on customers behavior, optimize product performance, and drive its growth. You will join our DTC team and work on one of our flagship products, the Boss Revolution: Calling App.This mobile application (including International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services) supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends
worldwide. You will play a critical role by driving our data analytics strategies and supporting a data-driven culture across the company. Your expertise in Amplitude, Python, Tableau or similar platforms, and strong customer behavior focus will be instrumental in optimizing user acquisition and empowering decision-making about new features and innovation at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines from various API integrations, ensuring timely and accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
Organize and structure incoming data for further analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for our growing business, including metrics related to user growth, revenue, and profitability.
Utilize customer behavioral micro-data to develop predictive models and data science algorithms that enhance financial health indicators and provide predictive alerts on account balances.
Leverage data analytics techniques to analyze customer behaviors and usage patterns, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize user experiences and drive business growth.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, presenting findings to key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and initiatives, iterating and optimizing as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in developing and managing data pipelines, with expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with Amplitude analytics platform is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
Experience in developing KPIs and tracking performance metrics, with a focus on business growth and customer success.
Familiarity with data science techniques and predictive modeling, particularly in the context of customer behavior analysis and financial health indicators.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Additional Information
