Manage a team of 6-8 engineers
Coach and guide professional development via regular feedback and reviews
Influence roadmap and long-term goals through planning with engineering and product leadership
Collaborate across teams to solve the right problems and deliver customer-focused solutions
Oversee high-level technical discussions; mentor through code reviews and architectural critiques
Own releases; participate in on-call rotations and incident response

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 4+ engineers
6+ years building web apps with Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C++
6+ years with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
6+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with Jira, Trello, ProductPlan
