🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months in customer support, preferably in a contact center.
  • 6+ months using Mac or PC platforms for daily operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Suite, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
