Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage IAM infrastructure (provisioning, authentication, and authorization).
• Develop and maintain IAM roadmap and architecture aligned with security policies.
• Design and document granular RBAC/ABAC roles; enforce least privilege; regular reviews.
• Provision infrastructure with IaC (e.g., Terraform) applying least privilege; automate controls.
• Ensure IAM scales with growth; integrate apps and services; provide guidance.
• Monitor IAM performance; ensure regulatory compliance; document IAM processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience working directly in an Identity and Access Management role
• Expertise in designing and implementing IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Access Governance systems)
• Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, to manage infrastructure provisioning securely
• Proven ability to enforce the principle of least privilege in complex, distributed systems
