Design and implement Zero Trust Architecture across Archer's enterprise network.
Architect and maintain Okta as IdP with SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle.
Design and implement Delinea PAM including vaulting, sessions, and credential rotation.
Implement Identity Governance and Administration controls for RBAC and JIT access.
Build federated identity standards (OIDC, SAML, SCIM) for integrations.
Conduct access control audits to meet NIST SP 800-171 AC, CMMC 2, and SOX.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years IAM experience, with 2+ years in senior/architect capacity.
Hands-on design/implementation with Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
OIDC, SAML, OAuth 2.0, LDAP knowledge.
PAM experience with Delinea, including vaulting and sessions.
RBAC design and policy mapping expertise.
MFA technologies: FIDO2, Okta Verify, Duo, YubiKey, PKI.
