We are looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager (hunter sales) based in Hong Kong to support our business expansion in the local market. As our first BDM on the ground, paired with our SDR, you will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers with the ultimate goal of closing deals.
As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to new customers and oversee a pipeline of opportunities. Engaging proactively with C-suite and key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you will contribute directly to our growth story in APAC.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers
Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition, from prospecting to closing deals (end to end sales)
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in HongKong and constantly developing new opportunities
Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals visibility
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Structure, negotiate, and close deals
Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue
4+ years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within B2B or professional services sector
Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to effectively engage with C-Level decision-makers
A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
Outstanding business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and English
Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
Experience communicating with the C-suite
Experience in SaaS and VDR industry
