The role

As our team keeps growing, we are looking for a PE Accountant to manage payroll for 180+ Ukrainian PEs and handle employee payroll-related requests. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, Legal, and People Operations, and report directly to the Compensation Manager.

What you will do

  • Full-cycle management of Ukrainian PE: assisting in the opening and closing of PEs, preparing and submitting PE reports, and calculating taxes

  • Collecting, verifying, and entering HR and payroll data into payroll software

  • Ensuring compliance with the established calculation methodology and procedures

  • Preparing bank files and payment orders for salaries, related taxes, and social contributions

  • Controlling the maintenance of the internal document storage system

  • Providing payroll consultations to employees on payroll-related issues

What you bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for Ukrainian private entrepreneurship (ФОП)

  • Excellent knowledge of local labor law & accounting rules

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
