The Role

As we continue our rapid expansion into new business units and global markets, we are seeking a Reporting Accountant remotely in the Shanghai office. In this role, you will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across in China. Your meticulous work will ensure data integrity in our ERP system and enable informed decision-making by senior leadership.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Tax, Legal, and report directly to the Reporting Manager. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our processes, automating routine tasks, and maintaining compliance with local regulations as we scale globally. What You Will Do

  • Prepare reports (FS, VAT, GST, ST, etc.), including taxes and intergroup invoices

  • Control data accuracy in the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite)

  • Process external requests from auditors, bankers, outsourcers, and other parties

  • Automate routine daily accounting processes to drive efficiency

  • Participate in various projects and ad hoc assignments as required

  • 编制财务报表、增值税、商品服务税、营业税等各类报表,处理集团内部发票及税务事宜

  • 维护ERP系统(Oracle NetSuite)中的数据准确性

  • 处理来自审计师、银行、外包服务商及其他相关方的外部需求

  • 推动日常会计流程自动化以提升效率

  • 根据要求参与各类项目及专项临时任务

What We Look For

  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) – both oral and written

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS

  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Spreadsheets

  • Tech-savvy mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn fast

  • High attention to detail with an ability to multitask

  • 精通国际财务报告准则并具备扎实的实务操作经验
