We're hiring two Engineering Managers - each leading two teams - but for two different product areas: Ideals Board and Ideals VDR. Each role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to products at different stages of growth and complexity.
These are fully remote positions within a sharp, experienced, and motivated team. You'll be empowered to lead with purpose, build for scale, and foster engineering excellence.
Engineering Manager - Board
You’ll lead two cross-functional product teams working on Board as it transitions from product-market fit to a phase of scaling. Your mission will be to build with a long-term vision and guide your teams through ongoing product discovery and technical growth. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to ensure your teams deliver value quickly and sustainably, while growing in capability and ownership.
Engineering Manager - Ideals VDR
You’ll lead two teams that work on the development of the next-generation version of our flagship product. You’ll lead the delivery, optimize team performance, and foster a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration. Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions with excellence and speed
Set and drive the technical vision in close collaboration with strong Technical Leads
Collaborate with DevOps, AI/ML experts, and external mobile contributors to ensure end-to-end product success
Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent — you're not just a manager, you're a coach and enabler
Define and refine team processes to ensure high-quality outcomes, efficient delivery, and continuous improvement
Build a clear and realistic roadmap with Product Managers and ensure the team backlog is well-prioritized and aligned
Plan and manage team capacity, resources, and risk, balancing delivery and innovation
Be the communication bridge between tech and business, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed
Proactively identify bottlenecks in development practices and implement improvements
4+ years of hands-on software development experience
3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle
Strong experience in requirements analysis and ability to produce and maintain clear technical documentation
Proven track record in risk management and delivery excellence
Collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire teams toward a shared vision
Experience with our tech stack on back end or front end: .Net, C#, Javascript/Typescript, React, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server
Experience with security best practices and B2B products development
