📋 Description

• Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a DSP in PA.
• Work one-on-one in home/community settings with individuals with IDD.
• Part-time, flexible scheduling across Montgomery & Bucks counties.
• Locations include North Wales, Blue Bell, Warminster, Doylestown, Penllyn, Telford, Lansdale, Hatfield, Collegeville, Souderton.
• Provide support to help clients reach their full potential.
• Compensation starting at $18/hr with weekly pay.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with IDD (autism, Down syndrome).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to perform personal care and daily living tasks.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver.
