- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, documentation, and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure internal controls and data security for all records and payments.

- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage time/tasks
- Experience with a payroll software preferred
