Own and execute payroll cycle for assigned clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payments.
Independently resolve moderately complex payroll problems, such as tax issues or leave calculations.
Conduct complex payroll reporting and reconciliation to support Finance and leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, documentation, and procedures.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to achieve departmental objectives.
Ensure internal controls and data security for all records and payments.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of payroll processing experience
Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to self-manage time/tasks
Experience with a payroll software preferred
